Rebecca Hilley is a Colorado native who has been greatly influenced by her love of the Rocky Mountain region. She combines media (watercolor, pastel and acrylic). Rebecca lives in Steamboat Springs. Her father, Hal Rice (whose also shows in the gallery), taught her for several years.
