Svetlana McCallister

Svetlana grew up in Russia, a country of many colors and landscapes. She loves the strong texture of antiques, which she imparts to her artwork. She paints on a plaster-covered canvas, then distresses the plaster, resulting in a unique piece of art. The paintings are intended to be un-framed.
